Charity Programs

The Love Shack Society donates a cumulative 35% of all profits to community benefit initiatives--administered directly by LSS to ensure funds reach those who need them most.

🔸 15% Survivors Resources Program

This fund is dedicated to supporting survivors of abuse, trafficking, and sexual violence--especially those made vulnerable within the kink/BDSM community.
LSS maintains full control of this fund internally, issuing micro-grants, mutual aid, or safety stipends to individuals in crisis. We may partner with trusted survivor organizations for training or referral pathways, but the fund itself remains private, mission-aligned, and focused on high-impact, direct support.

🔸 20% LSS Civic Giving Fund

We’re in the process of developing an LSS-branded civic initiative to steward this fund toward causes selected by LSS Leadership and informed by Patron input.
Rather than donate blindly to large, faceless nonprofits, this model allows us to direct funding where it matters most--harm reduction, mutual aid, scholarships, and civic projects that reflect our values. As the fund grows, we may pursue 501(c) status to formalize our public benefit work.

These two funds will evolve alongside our community and civic outreach programming. We believe giving should be intentional, transparent, and rooted in the world we’re actively shaping.

Our Civic Values

🔹 Consent as Culture

Consent is not a formality--it is a living ethic. We believe in informed, enthusiastic, and continuous consent in all interactions, and we extend that same respect to how we handle funding, data, and community relationships.

🔹 Survivor Solidarity Without Spectacle

We believe in centering survivors without requiring disclosure, spectacle, or re-traumatization. Our resources prioritize direct support over performative allyship. No one should have to prove their pain to receive care.

🔹 Harm Reduction Over Punishment

We support pragmatic, evidence-based approaches to community safety. Whether it's access to Narcan, safer play kits, or non-judgmental education, we believe reducing harm is more effective than the shaming or exclusion that could cause more harm in the long run.

🔹 Queer & Kink-Affirming Infrastructure

We affirm the dignity and autonomy of kink/BDSM practitioners, queer identities, and non-normative relationships. Our charitable work will never support groups that police sexuality, stigmatize sex work, or conflate kink with violence.

🔹 Private, Not Predatory

Discretion is our doctrine. We do not data-mine our Patrons, and we don’t exploit trauma narratives for clout. Our funds are distributed with care, not control. Recipients are treated as people, not projects.

🔹 Community Input, Not Tokenism

Our civic direction is shaped by those who live it. Patron input helps us decide what matters, without reducing anyone to a checkbox or identity category.

🔹 Generosity as a Love Language

For us, generosity isn’t performative--it’s relational. It’s how we honor connection, signal care, and co-create safety. Whether offering time, tenderness, or tangible support, we see giving as a form of devotion--one that deepens trust, nurtures pleasure, and builds the kind of community we’re proud to help nurture and feel joy in coming home to.
